Pros: At this point, nothing.
Cons: The fact that Sony lied to me, and has no explanation why.

I specifically wrote to Sony Customer Care before purchasing this product, and I made it crystal clear that I wanted to make sure I could plug this mp3 player into ANY USB drive on any computer and simply drag and drop mp3's to it like any drive that would show up via USB. I specifically said, I DO NOT want to have to install any software, such as SonicStage. Both replies said clearly, that I would be able to drag and drop such as I specified, and that SonicStage was not required. One reply knew exactly what I meant for sure, as it said verbatim "You may drag and drop just like a flash drive". However, when I received this mp3 player, the FIRST thing I read was that I could not drag mp3's to the player and that I would have to install SonicStage to add music to it... there was an entire pamphlet that covered this process in fact. I am very very unhappy as I looked like an idiot in front of a lot of people thinking that I had finally found the mp3 player that would do what I asked.
