Pros: the ring tones are neat
Cons: everything about this phone is bad this includes my service net and all

Pros: Skips up to six times when thrown across a body of water.
Cons: Battery, No Apps, No Notepad, Voice Recognition , Can't connect to ActiveSync. No Audio Jack.

Pros: Looks good.
Cons: Simply doesn't work as marketed.
The Bottom Line: I don't feel the MotoQ meets the marketing hype. I wish I had waited for end user reviews before making my purchase, and wasting my money and my time.

Pros: Nice Hardware design, small enough to easily carry in your pocket.
Cons: The software is poorly conceived, and poorly supported.
The Bottom Line: Avoid this. The software is just not stable.

Pros: The display is very clear. The Intenet connectivity it is very fast.
Cons: The unit is very, very undependable.
The Bottom Line: This unit is extremely unreliable. It randomly shuts itself off and stops receiveing calls several times a day -requiring a battery removal to get it started again.

Pros: Bluetooth, media player, stereo speakers, nice display screen.
Cons: no cut & paste, limited accessories, poor battery, tiny keys, un-protected screen, no holster.
The Bottom Line: Keep your BlackBerry!

Pros: Small, lightweight, decent features.
Cons: Turned itself into a brick within a couple months.
The Bottom Line: Don't buy this phone, get the Black version with the newer software instead.

Pros: Slim design
Cons: Not user-friendly, SMS chain, battery, key delay & ignore issues, bootup, password alpha issue
The Bottom Line: Avoid this phone. Difficult/frustrating to use, not user-friendly, has issues.
