Pros: Great feature set.
Cons: screens go dim and creative won't acknowledge that there's a problem.

Pros: Some accessories may fit other brands
Cons: 6 month free warranty repair period too short to complete troubleshooting
The Bottom Line: Avoid. The player never accepted a song, nor a charge even after returning for servicing. Creative tells me it may be my computer, although the other MP3 all work fine.

Pros: Good music quality
Cons: Extremely cheaply built (sub-standard plastic) with lots of defects. Non-existent customer "service".
The Bottom Line: Cheaply made with sub-standard plastic; documented design & hardware defects; likely will fail soon after purchase; lousy warranty service - manufacturer doesn't give a rip about fairness or customer satisfaction

Pros: Works great if you carry around a paperclip to hit Reset on occasion.
Cons: Awful customer service; seems designed to break down just outside the 1-year warranty.

Pros: Subscription music compatibility, big screen, durable, lots of storage and functions for the price.
Cons: Freezes up, quirky to power on
The Bottom Line: Great player for someone that uses subscription music and wants a sturdy player. Definitely one of the best in the price range.
