Pros: RELIABLE. Very Small. Works with Subscription Services.
Cons: It's white, or at least it was white..I can't keep it clean.
The Bottom Line: It's well-made, sounds great and works with subscription services as well as your old cd's and purchased tracks. (Or Audiobooks, or they have special "Zen Casts" available.)

Pros: Works great if you carry around a paperclip to hit Reset on occasion.
Cons: Awful customer service; seems designed to break down just outside the 1-year warranty.
