Pros: Works great if you carry around a paperclip to hit Reset on occasion.
Cons: Awful customer service; seems designed to break down just outside the 1-year warranty.

Customer Service at Creative seems to have improved very slightly over the year that my daughter has owned her Creative Zen V Plus. I say it "seems to" have because the website makes you think you're getting somewhere when in fact you aren't.

I found out recently that a common problem with Zens is that the screen breaks after about one year. Without a dated receipt, it will cost you as much to buy a new one as to have the old one fixed.
