I retruned a GPS unit under warranty. Topbuy claim to have fixed it but after 1 month and numerous emails they have not returned it nor responded to any of my messages. So I have no GPS unit and no idea if/when I will see it again.

One of the items I ordered was damaged and I could not see the point of paying to return something that was broken, then being told I'd probally have to pay for it to be replaced. Online shopping is becoming a farce and I for one have gone back to good old fashioned stores.
