I returned from Aust 3 yrs ago and i really loved some of the lingere brands that was offered in Aust. HOwever in my home country, either the brands n lines were limited or they were absurbly expensive. I sought out to purchase them through Zodee and that was the start of my nightmare. First was that i ordered the wrong size and my return package got lost. Then they billed me wrongly and i had to call/email and chase becuase they ignored my emails and complaints. when they finally did the refund, i lost out in FX. Then my postage got delayed and one of my other postage got lost. Their tracking system was terrible as they werent aware or never did any follow ups for international mailing. They assumed we did our tracking and of course by not receiving the package for more than 15 working days, i had to track and trace. With them finally refunding the lost package, i lost out $ in FX AGAIN. I understand that hiccups do occur, however time and again this keeps occuring. Its really frustrating and they have never done anything to improve the shopping experience or any form of compensation infact the contact centre was horrible in their reponse, be it via email or hotline. I would sincerely hope that they can improve their service and help put things in place. Otherwise they would be losing out alot in International businesses.

Great products at very competitive prices - even with the extra cost of shipping to the UK. Received my purchases within 8 working days, all in good condition. Will definitely be a returning customer and have already recommended the site to a few friends. Only complaints would be that the website is not as user friendly as it could be (too many clicks before being able to see the products that I was looking for) and not enough quality photographs of the products, as I found myself cross referencing it with figleaves.com. Otherwise I'm a satisfied customer.

I live in Hong Kong and have had orders from Zodee shipped to me here in the past. However, for some reason these particular items could not be sent to Hong Kong. I was just wondering why, as no reason for this is given on the website. Other than that, I am very happy with buying online from Zodee - I have used them in the past and would use them again!

Excelled web site. Very good selection of products. The only issue is the availability of the products i.e. if a product is sold out or no longer available you don't find out about it until a week or so after placing the order.

Purchase was completed with no problems. There was a problem with shipping on one recent order - paid for DHL overnight, parcel was picked up at 16:25, but failed to make the journey from Sydney to Brisbane. The result was that a parcel due to be delivered Friday actually arrived Monday. They need to ensure overnight freight will meet it's deadlines.

Finally had to track item myself as I didn't receive help from merchants staff after two phone calls and waiting two weeks for a delivery.

Zodee was a realiable internet site. It had the items I requested they needed to get the item in and was informed always. it was a pleasure to deal with Zodee and would have no problems in using them in the future or telling friends about them.

I thought it was great, I wasn't n a hurry for the stock, so was not fazed by the delay... Delay was due to waiting for certain stock to arrive... In the end I recieved 2 deliveries, but did not have to pay any extra... All in all, excellent.

I was charge incorrectly for one item I purchased and it took a couple of emails to finally get a refund. The first response I got was not very good and I felt that the responder did not read my first email properly. It was sorted out eventually.

Had a issue with couiers please, not getting someone to sign for goods and left the package in the letter box. I'm currently waiting on a reply form them regarding this. Other than that I was very happy woth the order and goods.
