I purchased a Jobri Cervical Collar. It did take 10 days to get here but it was well packaged, a very reasonable price and communication with the store (via email) was excellent. No compaints and would use again. A+ Service.

I called bad backs about ordering an office chair for my husband, for his new home office, and they gave me really good advice on what type of chair to get. A few days later, when I ordered it online I was suprised to receive it so quickly too, nicely wrapped and delivered to my door on time. The customer service guy was really helpful and their attention to detail was so good - I'd highly recommend Bad Backs to anyone wanting to buy online from an Australian company run by good people.
