Twice I have ordered products and the wrong products were sent. The time it take to receive a product is now far to long. It take nearly a week longer than it did a few months ago and when I enquired why all I got was a message saying it was in dispatch this is not good enough. It still took another week before the items was sent. This is very bad business and this needs to be looked into. I will be looking elsewhere in future to see if I can get better service.

Two things severly irk me when purchasing with Shopping Square:
1. You debit my bank account immediately (some three or more days) prior to the goods being available for delivery. WHY!!!!
2. You persist in using e-Parcel (AustPost) who are absolutley hopeless with timely delivery and keeping the tracking number up to date. With my last purchase my account was debited on the 23rd, goods where not despatched from yourself until 26th, this did not show with e-parcel until 28th, and I did not get delivery until 1st Aug. Disgusting and annoying enough for me to consider shopping elsewhere to be perfectly honest.

Dispatch was slow, shipping was very slow, took nearly a week to receive the order, i would expect next day delivery or 2 days delivery at the most being interstate.

Only half my order arrived. (Received 1 SDHC card, should have been 2)
Some delay in sorting out the problem, but once Wendy from your office investigated what went wrong,
everything went good from then on.
Arrangements were made & the staff (Wendy) could not do enough to help with me receiving the Items.

Overall the experience was good, with only 3 glitches along the way ...
Firstly, I could not find any 1066Mhz memory modules on your site to go with my 1066Mhz CPU purchase, so I had to buy the memory from another retailer.
When I placed the order for the remaining parts, the Paypal website wasn't responding (I realise this is not ShoppingSquare's fault), but it created some confusion as to what to do next.
Then the order was delayed as one of the items was out of stock - perhaps the web site could have warned me of stock shortages when I placed the order, however, once the stock shortage occurred, I should have been notified, as I held off buying another item until my order shipped, but that item was then no longer available.

Disappointing communication. My order was reversed due to the non availability of a printer. This is not an issue, and would not have been a concern if there had been some form of communication advising that this was the case. I emailed to request the status of my order "reversed" and only received a bolier plate text reply which stated that my order was dispatched. There was still no advice regarding the expected availabilty of the printer and/or expected delivery date. The level of communication is certainly lacking and not at all proactive. Advice emails regarding dispatch of parcels do not include a link to the respective courier site and both of my deliveries were not available to be tracke. The second delivery of my printer took four days from dispact as I was informed that the courier invoice had not been paid! Competitive procing with poor customer service does not win out for me.
