I ordered a U1010. On day 1 it went to 'hold', no eMail, phoned them and changed CredCard.
After Day 5 it went 'Problem', no comments or eMail. Phone revealed it was offered 'too cheap' and i should pay more. Accepting later showed none on stock. I cancelled all and wiat for my money back now. Again, no Email or information.

I bought a laptop, they charged my credit card but I didn't hear from them for 7 days- their maximum claimed delivery time.
Over this time I had sent 2 querying emails, both of which were ignored.
On the 7th day I called, the service person was very curt, did NOT apologise and claimed they had sent an email 2 days ago (which I had not received) indicating the laptop was 'discontinued'. At time of purchase, the website indicated 21 laptops in stock!!
Refund will now take 'a few days'.

In all my days shopping online, I have never dealt with a company so efficient and easy to deal with. The staff at notebook.com.au were only too happy to help me in my choices and were very patient in dealing with my thousands of questions. And my orders arrived on time, just when they said they would!

I bought a Toshiba notebook and can't recommend these guys enough. I ordered on a monday morning and it was courier delivered on Tuesday afternoon. Very happy overall, great price as well.

Recently purchased an Acer notebook and found notebook.com.au to be fantastic.
Item was delivered pretty quickly (3 days), and staff were very responsive via email to my enquiries.

This was awesome! Got the notebook 24hrs after I ordered!! Great, friendly staff and best of all i now have my notebook for the weekend!!! Ill be buying from here again! A+++!!

Have bought a few notebooks from them over the years - for myself and for friends. Prices seem quite good, they have always delivered on-time. The sites product info is a bit sparse, but that can be gotten from other sources. The main thing is price and delivery and this on-line store seems to do both fine.

I've bought a few mobiles phones from them over the last 2 to 3 years. They always seem to have good prices and the stuff is delivered on-time. I had one issue with an extra memory card not being included in the delivery, i emailed them and got a quick email response and got the card in the next few days. Godd prices, good sevice, all good

Got a toshiba for work as had a good price and these guys shipped it straight to the office. Payed by paypal which was also a bonus

I purchased an HP notebook from these guys and they are fantastic! I ordered it on a Wednesday and by Friday morning it was at my doorstep. It was really easy to find the product and order it through their site taking me only 2 minutes!

What a complete waste of time and effort. Promise the world and completely hopeless on delivery and service.
