Tried to order a Netcomm VOIP phone, website said item was in stock. Product was ordered and my credit card was charged. 7 days later and I still hadn't received a shipping notice. Tried to call them but couldn't get through. looked up company details and found another number (08) 9445 8100
Person told me that item had been discontinued, would I like to swap the item??
Not happy about the lack of communication.

NEW NOKIA 6230i - not new (as advertised and as discussed by telephone) this is a reconditioned phone, dodgy box and not shrink wrapped, photocopied instuction manual, no warrantee info, no memory card, no CD, has new face and back plates, battery used. When confronted they said it must have been a ex-demo pnone sent by mistake and to send it back. This happens every time.
Good news it turned up quickly.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DONT RISK IT.

The IN STOCK notations on the order screens are unreliable - click on the "terms" link to discover that the onus is on you to confirm stock level by email *before* ordering!
I trusted the IN STOCK notation, and as a result my Logitech Gamepad has not turned up after 4 weeks. Its only $25, so I'll buy another one somewhere else. Perhaps they will deliver eventually.
I did get an email quoting "ETA 2 weeks" about 3 weeks ago.
The stock level thing seems like a trick to me.

minidigital was very helpful with the idem I received. Which was for nokia 3pc accessory pack.
And a Sony Ericsson Z200 LCD screen.
It was new items i received from this seller.
I like the reliability of this seller.

I ordered several accessories for Nokia Phones that were advertised as "Nokia Aftermarket". They turned out to be fakes of poor quality, protective cases that are loose and an already broken desktop charger (two weeks of use) a battery that was not original and a hands free that is loose too.
I ordered a Reduced Size MMC and got a regular MMC.
Tracking was not wonderful neither, after failing to track the purchase from the website I wrote an e-mail and got a response in a reasonable time.

Purchased via ebay and goods sent correctly on time, I received my Motorola phone accessories pack three days after ordering (very fast considering I am in regional Qld and store is in W.A.) Overall very happy with service , goods, pricing and timely delivery only a small complaint about leaving ebay to use their market software to organise payment via paypal (that's three websites instead of the normal two (ebay and paypal)).

The website does not open as there comes a page which says Sorry the page you are trying to open does not open.I attempted to buy the HP Smartphone which was advertised as costing $38.00.

Product Advertised (HP PDA in yahoo marketplace) not available.
Online ordering format in a mess and not able to find the item needed. Most products don't have picture available as well, making it difficult as to what you are looking at.
