Great. The search was precise and easy to find what I wanted. Checkout was fast because I already had a PayPal account and was able to use it. Delivery was prompt. The product was easy to setup. It is working now and I am completely satisfied. The price was good as I "googled" the product in australia to conduct relevant price comparisons

The shopping experience is very good.
It is the delivery mechanism that needs reviewing, and this is because of the requirement of a signature.
I know about the security aspect, but when a person works, and lives alone, leaving nobody to sign for packages, makes for difficulties.
Perhaps also, there is an element of distrust with delivery companies, making this signature thing a requirement.
However, if this continues, I will be forced to go back to "real-world" shopping again.

I was called and asked if someone would be home on a certain date. I confirmed that someone would be. When the delivery guy arrived he was expecting help carrying my wine cooler but I had arranged for my girlfriend to be home not me. She managed to help carrying the cooler up three storeys but said that he was not very helpful. Better communication from the courier would be helpful next time.
