Have attempted to contact merchant thru their email customer service and they have not responded. There are no phone numbers or other methods of contact. I do not recommend this merchant. Company appears to be based out of Hong Kong according to the domain information.
Appears to be some sort of shell corporation.

I ordered the Genki spin bike with pulses early Wednesday (3am) morning and it was delivered at 9.00am today being Friday. I had a phone call about best time and day to deliver. Service and communication has been fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to purchase products off this company.

Recently I purchased a 5.5 HP Petrol Pressure Washer. The item was delivered on time. Shipping tracking information was a bit vague, but all queries were answered promptly.
The item was very well packed and arrived undamaged.
I have since ordered other items from CrazySales. All have arrived quickly and with no problems.
All in all, a good reliable supplier.

Their customer service is disgusting. Email is the only contact. I ordered a Bathroom Scale (BIA) with clock. Its not delivered to me because the post office actually did not receive the item to be delivered. What they received is only the manifest paperwork for that order. I emailed them several times and asking for a refund because i am impatient and upset of waiting for nothing. They don't give refund anayway.

The customer service at Crazy sales is surprisingly almost non existent. I ordered an acoustic electric quitar before xmas 2007. I received the quitar within the week however it was the wrong colour and had a very noticeable paint chip. I received a request for photos of the guitar within 2 days of sending an email to Crazy sales. I sent the photos that same day however 3 weeks later and after numerous emails to them I still have not had any further response. Email is their only contact.

Bought an electronic safe from company'
s web site, details and information was excellent. The item is as describe and arrived quickly. Delivery driver was a bit rough and damaged package slightly (safe was rather heavy at 57kg). Overall good. Price was tops and delivery charge is not excessive.
